Executive Briefings
Does Your Executive Team Know What's Coming? ... and perhaps more important, how to prepare for it? If not, you could be vulnerable! Concept For your organization to stay competitive, your senior executives must think and act at a strategic level. But in order to operate at this high level, they need outside knowledge and perspectives. Insights into trends and their implications empower them to see things differently, to better understand their operating environment, and keep your organization on the leading edge. Process Your senior executives' understandings begin with delivery of lots of information about relevant trends, with exploration of the implications of the trends for your organization. Gradually, participants become more and more involved, asking and answering questions. The 2-3-hour, high-content briefing is conducted by Roger Herman and/or Joyce Gioia from The Herman Group. The briefing conductor(s) ask(s) provocative questions, stimulating thought, response, and lively discussion. Briefing Conductors Strategic Business Futurist, and CEO of The Herman Group. Roger is author of ten books, a Certified Speaking Professional, and a Certified Management Consultant. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Management Consultants and Senior Fellow of The Workforce Stability Institute. Roger is Contributing Editor to The Futurist Magazine and a Professional Member of the World Future Society. Joyce is also a Strategic Business Futurist and serves a President of The Herman Group. She is co-author of four books and a Certified Management Consultant. She is a Professional Member of the World Future Society and a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association. Joyce is also a Fellow of The Workforce Stability Institute. Logistics Most briefings are held in a corporate meeting facility, though other venues like conference centers or lodges are also appropriate. Location is not a problem. Scheduling can be arranged for a mutually convenient time and date. Content Customized to your interests and needs, each briefing will include the presentation of a number of trends, with an emphasis on workforce and workplace issues. A telephone conversation and/or meeting with your senior executive will refine the content and outcome. Fees Fees range from $3,000 to $10,000.
